Nothing special.

The hotel is not too exciting from the outside - 3 story with a beautiful wood accented lobby. The rooms are clean and inviting but just OK - nothing special no frills. Served it's purpose.

Cheap materials and surfaces.

Great for families with free breakfast and indoor pool. Staff very friendly. Clean.

In close proximity to my needs.
Room was not ready, no local maps, staff not helpful.

Upon arrival, the room assigned had not been serviced by housekeeping. Reservations were made well in advance, and to be given a room which was not ready for occupancy is inexcusable. The manager could not accommodate my request for a comparable room on the lowest level (had to accept a room on the third floor). The front desk did not have maps of the local area, and in general, the staff was not very helpful with directions. Given the number of other hotels in the area, I would not select this property again if visiting in the Alpharetta/Roswell, GA area. read more

Very good front-desk service.
Hallway on non-smoking floor smelled of cigarettes.

Overall, I had a good stay. No problems with service. The complimentary breakfastr was very basic - coffee and juice but pastries were not fresh and poor selection. Location was fine for my activities, close to shopping center and good access to major highway.

Hotel was overbooked when I checked in.

Hotel was overbooked, and they relocated me to Best Western which was an additional exit South, and several more miles out of the way. I would have appreciated a call.
