The hotel room was nice, however because of all the disturbances by the bank of rooms across the hall from us we will never stay there again. The hotel is huge and was not very full and the room we were given was right in the middle of many rooms rented by a large group. Of course they were noisy.

When I arrived in the room, I noticed the shampoo bottle in the bathroom had a broken seal. Also, there was a razor cap sitting on the counter. There was some specks on the carpet. To be frank, I was a little grossed out by the bathroom. I contacted the front desk. They apologized and said they would tell housekeeping, but nothing else was done. They didn't even offer me new shampoo. I stated that I was unsure as to whether the room was actually cleaned. The desk person stated that the computer says it was cleaned. Good for the computer. Also, the air conditioning unit ticked / made a knocking noise. It woke me up during the night and I had a very difficult time falling back to sleep. In the morning I then over slept and missed the breakfast buffet. I told the desk when I checked out. They apologized and said they would let maintenance know. read more

I'd certainly recommend this hotel. It was nicely decorated and well designed (except for the room lighting). The pool & hot tub looked inviting, even though I was too busy with family to use it. Staff members were very helpful.

Very friendly host and workers. Lots of room for a joy able time with family.

I really had no problems with this hotel.
