The front desk staff was very friendly. Lots of restaurants close by.
The design and furnishing of the hotel was dated (very '90s).
I thought the room was satisfactory but not great. The front desk staff was really helpful and friendly. They have a small fitness center (a treadmill, stationary bike, and weight machine) but the treadmill was broken during our stay which was a bummer. There is a Wal-Mart less than a block away which was very handy and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Very
big room.
No elevators.
Very nice hotel and staff, except for the day of the check out the lobby staff came all the way to my room and knocked on the door and told me to check out. As for the rest of the staff, they where very friendly and nice.

Safe, clean family-friendly accommodating economical.
Air conditioner smelled funny when it was running; hallway smelled slightly of cigarette smoke.
Convenient location, good parking, pleasant and helpful desk staff, very good selection for breakfast considering it was a continental style breakfast, clean rooms -- however, the in-room air conditioner had an objectionable smell when running, added delights were the book exchange program and cookies/coffee/tea 24 hours.

Good parking.
Overwhelming deodorizer smell could not use AC due to that.
The hotel appeared nice. The room had such a strong deodorizer hooked into the AC unit that we had to open the windows which made it difficult to sleep due to the outside noise.

Very nice common area and helpful staff.
Overdone air freshener used in rooms. Allergic reaction.
Nice decor, clean rooms and helpful staff made this hotel a nice overnight stay. The rooms all had some sort of air freshener used in excess that caused allergic reactions in my group as well as other guests were heard complaining. How can a fairly new, 2 story hotel not have an elevator? Fortunately my elderly mother was able to climb the stairs.

Nice home-style decorations and the breakfast.
Hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel location great and the atmosphere were nice. I also liked the fact that they served a good spread for breakfast.

I loved the staff, lobby, 24 hour coffee was awesome, and the maids brought extra everything on request.
Nothing, I was very impressed.
I liked that it was located centrally everything. I forgot to pack was within walking distance. The staff was great, the hotel clean and well furnished. Most of all I liked the 24 hour coffee, I get up at 4 am and loved just getting a coffee and enjoying the morning without having to get dressed and go out. I highly recommend the place.

The bed was big and nice.
NO elevator -- I have bad knees and was on the 2nd floor.
This hotel was OK, just not something I'm used to staying in. The clerk at the desk was not helpful -- in fact I thought his "friendliness" was way overdone and I didn't appreciate it. Breakfast was fairly nice. I did not like climbing up and down the stairs! I don't even do that at my own house!!!
