Nice, new appearance with all the amenities that make a stay very comfortable.
Upon check-in I was not informed that the water was turned-off in my room for repairs. Upon return to my room several hours later, the water was on.

Very satisfied. I would stay here again.

Nice big rooms with fridge.

Relatively new hotel with inviting common areas. There are nice private spaces on porches with benches and rockers outside. The rooms are spacious with attractive decor. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly.

The location was great, easy to find, nice and clean and breakfast was good.

The hotel room was large enough for my husband, myself and my son. We enjoyed our stay there. It was clean, in great condition, the staff was helpful and we had a very nice experience. We would stay there again.

Nice decor. Gives you the feel of a bed and breakfast establishment.
Hotel should be better kept for the price charged. Cramped bathroom. "High Speed" internet was quite slow compared to other places we stayed.

A nice place just off the I-40 that gives you the feel of staying at a bed n' breakfast in a full size hotel. The beds were comfy, but the hotel lacked in certain areas compared to others we stayed at with similar (and even lower) star ratings and prices. The hotel lacks in the area of fit-and-finish with a lot of noticeable quick-fixes in and out of the rooms (paint, caulking, wallpaper, carpet stains, furniture chips). The bathroom was also very cramped. They offer free breakfast, but the dining area is quite small for the amount of guests, so you may end up eating on your feet if you can't find a free table. read more

The rooms were nice and clean. The lobby is pretty and the staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel with attractive and clean rooms for the price. Bathroom was a little small but nice and clean. Staff was very friendly-provided me with hair spray for my bad hair day free of charge. Hotel location was easy to find off highway IH40 W.

Wonderful pool and hot tub.
Front desk in the
am was very rude. Asked for a late checkout and was told
no they do not do that. Though the hotel was empty.

The hotel was fine but we really wanted to sleep in since we work such long hours. When we checked in, the front desk told us it wouldn't be a problem if we had a late checkout, just call in the morning. Hence, we called and they told us no. We had to rush to get out on time.
