Location; and the staff was friendly.
Showers had no water pressure; thermostat was broken.

Has many problems for a new hotel. The thermostat was broken and did not control the rooms temp. The shower had no water pressure. Spoke with others on the elevator and they had similar problems. Location was good and staff was friendly. Cards to open room did not work at first.

Great staff. Found us parking when there wasn't any!
No rubber bath tub mat for shower footing safety.

Most excellent management and staff with local knowledge. Great breakfast. Very nice and clean room. Really went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Excellent and highly recommended!

Nothing.

Hotel was in great location. Right off the interstate and up a hill out of the way next to a Sleep Inn. Cracker Barrel and Ihop close by for breakfast. We could not have picked a nicer hotel for our trip to the Baltimore Estate. Highly recommend.

New hotel with excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly.
Small problem with the plumbing in the room above ours. Leak in our bathroom.

I was very happy with the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds exceptionally comfortable. I suppose it helped that the hotel was new. We encountered two problems during our stay. The first was a small leak coming from the overhead fixture in the bathroom caused by a bad seal in the bathtub above our room. The second was a complaint from the room below ours concerning too much noise coming from our room. Apparently, those people don't have, or have never had, a three and a half year old. read more

Location, facilities, appearance was very good.
Duvets on beds are heavy. Hard on sensitive feet, and thus maybe not too senior friendly.

A great place to stay - convenient, friendly, has that feeling of new in terms of staff response and the facility itself.
