Entrace lobby was inviting.
3rd floor hallway smelled of cigarettes, pretty badly.
This hotel provided a nice room at a fair price. We stayed in a suite, which was really just 2 rooms with a bathroom in the middle, as opposed to a large room with a bathroom on the end. I'd stay there again.

Easy access to main roads.
Fitness area was closed for ,cleaning, the entire time, no iron, and fridge made noise.

The area and the wonderful lady at the front desk.
The sink and tub were clogged and told the guy at the front desk after he had to be paged for 20 minutes and the iron was broken. Ruined my shirt.

Bathroom facilities.
My family and I could not take a bath because the cold water did not work. The manager talked to us through a person at the front desk. He/She did not even come out and talk to us. They basically said, oh well.
