Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Chattanooga I-24 West

I liked this hotel, thought we would use the franchise for other days in different town. Small rooms and kind of dirty.

Good free breakfast, large rooms and
clean rooms.

Overall, about what you'd expect, fairly nice, quiet, clean. Nice continental breakfast.

We had to attend a funeral 600 miles from home so we used Priceline to find a hotel. We have stayed at Country Inn & Suites before and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice & helpful. The breakfast lady gave our two year old son some cookies for our long trip home. Everyone was so nice! We will stay there again!

I am glad I went through Priceline because I would never pay full price to stay at this particular hotel. The plumbing noise was really loud and you could hear every time other rooms flushed the toilets or turned on the water in any way. The AC was broken and blowing hot air in the public area where the continental breakfast was served. Front desk was staffed with just 1 person and 2 of our calls to get directions went unanswered so we had to keep calling back. When we were ready to check out, we had to interrupt the front desk person, who was having breakfast in the pubic area like all the other guests. Awkward. While our stay was not terrible, it certainly felt like a discount hotel which is exactly what we paid for. read more

Great, quiet and safe location for all area attractions.

Staff was very nice and helpful.They let me use there computar to print out coupons for attractions that we where going to.the room needed a table to eat at there was plenty of room.The only problem was that htere was some mold in spots in the room.

We would recommend this Hotel to everyone. Price was very good, the room was large and the breakfast was good also.

Nice looking hotel, the plummbing is very loud from adjacent rooms, the carpets we dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
