Comfortable bed.
They were going to charge $25 to send us a child's T-shirt that was left under his pillow by mistake.

Very comfortable, especially the bed. Conveniently located to local entertainment.

The hotel was nice, well located, with nice lobby and area to sit outside the front door. Our room was fine, no complaints. I liked the large bathroom.

Easy to find, clean and near almost everything.
The very high ceilings on first floor.

We were very happy with our stay. If my sons are going to the University of Akron, my wife and I would surely stay here when we come out to visit them.

The pool was too cold the first 2 days and workout room equipment too hard to use or not functioning.

Friendly staff. Very clean hotel and rooms. Staff is very accommodating and wanting your stay to be pleasant.

The front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was much nicer than expected. Cleaning staff went above and beyond.
I had a room facing the parking lot, noisy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, which was very late at night, I felt comfortable and safe. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very wonderful and even had a nice selection when I arrived just minutes before it ended. The cleaning staff was friendly and even helped push the elevator button for me as I was carrying heavy bags. Easy on and off from major highways. VERY PLEASED! read more

Staff was very pleasant and organized. They kept it quiet and orderly even with a wedding party staying.
The indoor pool area was very hot.

Staff was very polite and efficient. The room was clean and everything in it worked. Pool and hot tub were clean as well as the surrounding area. The breakfast was plentiful and good with a good variety. I would recommend this to friends or any one staying in the area.

The breakfast is very good & the attendant/cook is very friendly and helpful.
My first room was a smoking room--I did not request a smoking room. It stunk. But they moved us.

Overall, I really liked this hotel. "Country" describes it to a "t." they might want to turn down the temperature on the hot tub. It was a little too hot.

Everything in hotel was convenient, the staff was very courteous, welcoming and accommodating. Whirlpool, Easy highway access. Windows that open.
Could see dumpsters across the street. No in room safe.

I felt very safe in the hotel and all around the town. The whirlpool was a welcome relief at the end of the day before retiring to a room I felt at ease and at home in. My requests were attended to immediately by the most personable staff I have encountered in a while. Highly recommended for the weary businessman/woman or the vacationing family alike.
