Very friendly.
Room was not clean and there was no heat.

Room was dirty and smelled had to open windows to air out then there was no heat and in Iowa in October it gets cold and there weren't any other rooms that they could move me to. Next night we changed hotels.

Staff: The 2 ladies working at the front desk and the lady in the breakfast bar were fantastic.
Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Not quite as advertised. Discount dinner coupons for a restaurant that does not exist in Dubuque. Great breakfasts if you happen to be there on Monday or Wednesday or Friday otherwise the same fare as any other hotel.

Comfortable amenities, cleanliness, and charming decor, a bonus to have free internet access.
No dislikes, met all of our expectations.

Would definitely stay at Country Inn and Suites again. They have every thing available, to make a stay there, very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the heated indoor pool and heated spa. Plenty of towels were always available. It is very clean.

The quietness of the rooms.
The location is not the best, if you have never been their.

Excellent rooms, clean, nice beds for sleeping! The morning breakfast is the best I have had, the homemade Belgium waffles are the best!

The front desk staff was very friendly, I like being immediately acknowledged and greeted.
Nothing to state here, all was very nice!

This is the second time we have stayed here, the visits are 4 years apart and both visits were above excellent. Very well maintained and in a safe area.
