Lots of cockroaches in my room!

I found 15 cockroaches in my room within a 30 minute period. I was located to another room, but not until after the hotel concierge offered the explanation, "Well we did have some foreigners stay for a few nights recently." He said he had never heard them having a problem and had been there three years, but I saw another angry guest at the counter before I knew there was a problem with my room, and another concierge went to his room on the guest's request carrying a flashlight. All in all, not a great experience. read more

The bed was comfortable, AC worked very well.
Indoor pool, not a large outside lounging area.

The staff was friendly, the room was nice. I would have preferred an outdoor pool as it was really hot while I was there. The breakfast was good. I was a little Leary as I have stayed in Fresno several times at a different hotel, but they exceeded my expectations.

Very friendly staff and a very nice room.

The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. They proactively moved us to a more desirable room away from the elevator. I would stay here again.
