They gave me a upgraded room which was incredible.

Excellent customer service. Someone always there to help. Breakfast and cookie are great. Great location. Clean rooms.

It seems worn and needs updating.

The hotel staff is excellent with their helpful and friendly attitude. I just love the cookies on the counter. The elevator carpet was dirty and remnants of graffiti were still visible in the stainless steel veneer on the elevator door. The room was comfortable and appeared clean. The restroom needed some cosmetic attention. As a business traveler this was an okay hotel for an overnight stay. read more
