Safety, security, friendliness and willingness to please.

This hotel was located close to the local hospital where my husband was having surgery. It was important to me to have a safe, clean room. The hotel staff made me feel very welcome during my stay.

Good breakfast included, good location in my choice of areas.
Spartan room- no chair other than desk chair.

Somewhat hard-to-find location on a low traffic street that one would never drive by, yet very convenient to where many people would want to be. I had a small room but wonder what the larger rooms (suites) are like. Indoor pool and spa makes this place different than most, although some may find them overly high in visibility being right off the lobby and with windows.

Lots of cockroaches in my room!

I found 15 cockroaches in my room within a 30 minute period. I was located to another room, but not until after the hotel concierge offered the explanation, "Well we did have some foreigners stay for a few nights recently." He said he had never heard them having a problem and had been there three years, but I saw another angry guest at the counter before I knew there was a problem with my room, and another concierge went to his room on the guest's request carrying a flashlight. All in all, not a great experience. read more
