The personnel, accommodations and location.
It rains a lot in Florida.

If you're going to the Miami-Kendall area, stay and use the $ you save on a room to spend at the shopping center literally next door. I've stayed at the Plaza in NYC and except for the lovely park across the street it's a dump in comparison to this hotel.

Great customer service.

This hotel was very clean. The customer service was great. Within 10 minutes of checking we had a call to the room making sure everything was fine with our room. We called for pillows and towels and had them right away.

Good location. Close to shops and restaurants.
No ceiling fans.

This was our second stay there this year. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. Love the free breakfast. It keeps my son occupied while we sleep in a little longer. We'll definitely be back.

The staff was extremely helpful, went above and beyond. Hotel had an ATM machine.

I was very happy with my stay. The staff was incredible and I will definitely stay at Country Inn & Suites again.

Wonderful breakfast and dinning area.
Our air conditioner did not work, did give us a suite.

Our air conditioner did not work, we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The suite had two air conditioners and one of those did not work. While the rooms are decorated ok, it was nothing great. Showers are big. The breakfast area is very nice with the location being just off the pool area. Pool is great, nice hot tub area. Too bad it is so expensive to stay in this area; we had to cut our trip in half. We had hoped to spend a week in the area but had to do a three day trip instead. read more
