Breakfast buffet was very good. Free hot cookies all the time. Night staff was friendly and helpful.
Kind of noisy. Room was by parking lot. Pool area vents were either very Rusty or dirty and the hot tub had water around the outside of the hot tub.

Overall I would stay again here. Would ask for the back side of the hotel for a room though. Staff was very friendly, some couldn't answer questions of the area which I thought was strange but not enough for me to no want to stay again. The driveway to get into this hotel is hard to spot at first.

Beautiful lobby decor - very helpful and friendly staff.
Would be nicer to see more healthy food choices for breakfast.

Would recommend this hotel. Excellent value for the $$. Bed was comfortable, room large and all clean.

Excellent location. Great breakfast.
Staff was not friendly or helpful!

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and I'm not sure I will ever go back. When I made this reservation, it was for 4 people. When we arrived in our room, we had 1 bed. My husband and I ended up staying there 3 nights with our 2 children in bed with us. When we approached the staff, we were basically told that we were out of luck. We arrived on a Thursday around 3 pm and I find it very hard to believe that they couldn't find us a room with 2 beds. I think they just didn't want to be bothered with us. My mom left one of her favorite sweaters behind after we left and she called to inquire about it and she said that the woman she spoke to over the phone was very rude and would not help her with her missing item. read more
