The lobby was attractive - nice decor. The staff was very nice as well.
I could hear the guy upstairs - woke me up in the night and in the morning.

The lobby was very nicely decorated and attractive. The room suited me. The staff was very friendly as well. The guest upstairs woke me up during the night and in the morning never have I stayed in a hotel that I could hear another guest on the floor above me. I'm not sure the floors were properly insulated.

Our room was a smoking room, and we didn't know that and couldn't change rooms. We smelled like smoke after staying there, not good.

Good place with big rooms with refrigerator and microwave. The pool and whirlpool were great. The restaurants were attached and quite convenient.

Location to shopping and highway.
Extremely dirty and warn out, surprising for its young age.

The exterior is warm and inviting, location is superb in suburb close to mall. Inside room was filthy: grimy carpet between beds, grape jelly(we hope) on white blanket in bed, bathroom, dust near TV and computer table. We laid the extra towels on the floor so we could walk around with our getting our socks dirty.
