The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, very clean rooms.

I felt it needed more staff to assist/answer questions for the guests since it is located so close to Disney World... had to wait at front check-in desk while the only clerk was helping other guests with answering 'tourist' type questions.

Excellent staff, room was beautiful. Easy upgrades.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The staff was extremely friendly, check-in was speedy, and the place was cleanly. My only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable.

Thanks to the nice staff and clean room, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel except the wall was thin. I had to ask the boy who was loud in the hall way to be quiet. It was 11:30 at night so I blame that on his parents. Location is great. Staff is really helpful and friendly. We would stay there again for sure. Thank you.

Power and water cut off at 7 am second morning without warning. No attempt to warn customers, no shower, no lights, no breakfast. Staff did nothing to make amends. Worst hotel stay in our lives. Before this, parking was bad, complimentary breakfast was terrible, pool was dirty and very small. Need I continue? I have stayed at hundreds of hotels, this was the worst experience ever. read more

Very nice for the money, Ice machine could use another one. No ice in it. Guest all seam to be all have a good time.

This was a nice clean hotel. The only problem we had was that the breakfast bar was not replenished during the last half hour it was open. We had a choice of Raisin Bran, cornflakes, and toast. The muffins, bagels, yogurt, kids cereals, oatmeal packs, and fruit were all gone. The lady in the back was aware that there were many people out there, but did not bring out more food.
