Excellent facility and outstanding customer service.

The bed was cushy and comfortable with matching soft pillows. They served hot meals for breakfast. Outstanding customer service.

The room was very clean and inviting- well decorated.
Road detours made it incredibly hard to find.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel once we were able to find it. There was a detour; the alternate route was impossible to find even after we spoke to someone at the hotel. Finally we bought a city map at 7-11 and were able to find it. That was incredibly frustrating, but once we got to the hotel it was great. Everything was very modern and well-decorated. The room was clean and friendly. We didn't try the continental breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The only other negative was that we stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned when we got back for our second night- however, we didn't leave the room until about 2:30 that afternoon, so maybe they decided we had stayed too late. Everything worked out well though- I really recommend this hotel. read more

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable, a full breakfast offered free of charge

This hotel was an outstanding value, especially for the business traveler. Located three minutes from Portland International Airport, with on-call shuttle service. (They even took us to the local shopping mall, Cascade Station, and picked us up after we had turned in our rental car). Excellent breakfast comes with the room. Nice indoor pool and spa, small but up-to-date exercise room. I'm looking forward to staying here again. read more

The rooms were large and clean and staff was
helpful.
There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.

Clean, friendly, helpful staff, good food in restaurant, has pool and spa. Would recommend to anyone traveling.

The water was hot.
No cable TV, no internet and no air conditioning.

There were maybe 8 channels available on the television, no internet available and the air conditioner didn't work. One good thing I could say about this place: The location wasn't bad. We were pretty close to the air port.

The room quailty was excellent. Once we arrived all we needed was ice. My wife and I had a really nice, but short stay. Great for a 1-3 night!
