Very friendly, helpful people and excellent continental breakfast menu.

I would definitely stay there again, even with the inconvenience of the location relative to the main highway. It met our needs well.

this has nothing to do with the hotel, but don't find appropriate place to say this. Was on the phone for a hour & a half with your agent, to find a smoking room hotel. So we got this one in the boon docks. Only to find they put us in a NON-smoking room. We then had to pack up our things & move to a room originally requested. A little inconvenient.

Very clean and friendly. Great complimentory breakfast. Free shuttle service to & from Mayo Clinic was a real plus.

The same as other Country Inns & Suites. I have stayed in a few and they have all been set up the same, clean and have great staff.

The staff was very professional and helpful.
The breakfast selections were very limited-heavy on sugar and processed items.

It was acceptable for a one-night stay, but there was nothing that made it memorable enough for my next visit to Rochester.

Got free room upgrade to suite.
Very uninspired decor in rooms, bathrooms and public areas.

Didn't care for the hotel. Although it was clean, it really lacked any sort of charm, class, grace, or "nouveau" in the rooms, bathrooms, and all areas of the building.
