The location was convenient.
Felt like a bate and switch situation.
I guess it was my ignorance that by selecting a "Suites" Hotel that I would be assigned a "Suite" Instead of a alleged Queen in a closet. It was not satisfactory and I was charged $20 per night additional to get a Suite. I think that this brought the cost to exceed the
rate.

Clean and comfortable with nice staff.
Room was a little small. A/C unit blew curtains into room limiting privacy.

Location is convenient for my purposes.
Some staff friendly and helpful, others not.
This hotel is well located but rather shabby, in need of refurnishing and deep cleaning. The staff is mixed in attitude. Some need major attitude adjustment. Showers often malfunction and/or give off a pathetic stream of water, making bathing difficult. Nearby are various good restaurants of different types and cost levels.

The breakfast in the morning.
Room was a little small.
Overall the hotel was very nice. I liked everything about it except the small room and bed.

The staff was more than willing to fix any problems.
They did not wave the $20 fee extra for double room.
