Clean, well organized, quiet. Front desk personnel polite, courteous, & helpful.
Small parking garage filled quickly. Had wheelchair but guests without placards filled spaces.
Exceeded my expectations.

Room was nasty
One elevator in the whole hotel - very slow. Bathroom had mold and the bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while.

Close to everything & knowledgeable staff.
Room was not as clean as I would have preferred.
Located less than 2 miles from Busch Gardens, this hotel is convenient to just about anywhere in Williamsburg you might wish to visit. The staff is knowledgeable and responsive. Breakfast choices are good, but get down early to avoid long lines and ensure a place to sit. Salt water pool was comfortable temp and lots of fun. The long elevator was slow, so taking the stairs except with luggage is your best bet. Under the hotel parking is nice and out of the hot sun. read more

Everyone was very nice and very helpful.
The elevator took too long and the food area was very cramped.
Overall, my girl scout troop and I had a great time. The hotel was in a perfect location to all area attractions. The girls also enjoyed the pool.

The free continental breakfast was of good quality and enabled us to save money on breakfast.
The bed was hard.
This hotel had the best continental breakfast we have had of any hotel we have stayed before. The big difference maker was the waffles which you could make yourself on the spot. They also had bacon available as well as all the traditional items you find at a continental breakfast. The hotel was very convenient to Busch Gardens and Water Country. It was very clean inside and out and we felt very secure there as well. The hotel exceeded our expectations for what we paid and the staff is very user friendly. read more

Average hotel. I was very close to Busch Gardens and it suited our needs for our one night stay. Staff was friendly and continental breakfast was good.
