The distance to all the main attractions.
The hotel staff and security
The rooms were nice and clean. My Father's wheel was stolen in the parking lot near the main entrance and left on cinder blocks. After having the staff call the police, we filed a report then had to spend the entire day getting it repaired...keep in mind this was on the day we were supposed to head to Busch Gardens with the entire family. My Father didn't end up going and spent $500 on the repairs and was exhausted after this and decided to sleep in the hotel. read more

Clean, new, friendly staff.
Styrofoam coffee cups. I hate to drink coffee from styrofoam cups. No big deal, they all do it at their breakfast bars.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable
Not enough choice at the breakfast
The room was comfortable and roomy. Soft pillows. We had some difficulty getting a non-feather pillow and extra towels. But were able to manage. The breakfast available was great. The only things that could be fixed was the choices were limited and there was only one waffle maker that took some time to make the waffles, so there was always a line. This was exactly the type of place we were looking for for our vacation time. Not incredibly fancy, but affordable and clean and comfortable. read more

Great location and very helpful front desk.
Great location, close to store and food places. Front desk was a great help with changing our room to a suite with a sofa bed for the kids. Room was neat, clean and the king size bed was comfortable.

Staff was friendly and clean rooms.
No complaints.
I enjoyed my stay and would come back to stay again when I visit Williamsburg, VA. The complimentary breakfast is also great.
