Very attractive inside and the people were great.
I liked everything.

This is an exceptional hotel for the price. Very clean, pretty good breakfast. The people were exceptionally nice.

Friendly, helpful staff & shuttle service to and from airport.
Nothing - it was perfect for a night near the airport.

The staff was friendly and courteous, the room was clean and neat with refrigerator and microwave. We rented this room to be close to the airport for an early flight. It was perfect. They have have free parking and a shuttle service to and from the airport for a nominal fee. Nice place to stay with many nice restaurants nearby.

The separate sitting area and bedroom with a second TV was nice.
The room could have been better maintained/ bad paint job/ water stains on the ceilings.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bed was comfortable. Although we never ate the breakfast, they did have a nice selection. The room was nice, but it could have been better maintained by a neater paint job and fixing the water stains on the ceilings. I would stay there again.

Clean, convenient, courteous hotel staff. Would stay there again.
I liked the hotel.

This hotel is convenient to Bush IAH and to shopping and restaurants. The common areas were clean and the rooms were also clean. The staff was courteous and took care of any request we had. I would stay again.

Room key did not work several times.

I liked the hotel and staff. It was close to restaurants and shopping, which was great. We did have a room key issue, where we could not get back in to our room. We kept having to go down to the desk for a new key. And the toilet was not working well.
