Cleanliness of hotel room.
When we got there, our key cards did not work. After we went back to reception the second time, we were given a different room. Maybe the first one would have looked better, but I was not overly impressed with the room. The carpet did not look all that clean, and the bathroom was definitely not all that clean.

Pleasant staff.
Needs an update.
We would like to stay again we intend to be in this area frequently but the property needs to be updated.
Pillows need to be larger and Internet connection ( wireless ) needs to be improved.

It's easily accessible from the interstate and close to numerous restaurants. We would quickly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Very poor noise insulation. Occupant above kept us awake.
The hotel was a new, clean motel with good amenities and a very friendly staff. The room exceeded expectations in appearance, comfort and amenities. Our only issue was noise insulation. The guest in the room above walked around his room until 1:00 a.m. and we heard each footstep.

Convenient, safe, easily locatable.
Unbelievable, the amount of time it took to check-in. Only one person in front of me. Staff makes phone the priority.
Safe, friendly, convenient, but don't look for over and above. Very disappointed by the amount of time it took to check-in at 10:30 at night. Tired, weary business travelers don't need to wait around for 1/2 an hour waiting on keys to their room.

Breakfast was very good-desk clerk/breakfast staff nice.
Beds uncomfortable...hairs on coffee pot tray! Toilet not clean enough.
The appearance of the hotel was fine. The beds made noise every time someone turned over. The mattresses were hard and the pillows were not soft. The bathroom left a lot to be desired as to cleanliness. I personally cleaned with disinfectant wipes. The breakfast staff were gracious. The breakfast food was good and the selection was great, including waffles that one could make oneself. read more
