The bed.
Noisy hallway.

Comfy bed. We were near the elevator so heard commotion outside the room at 3am. Otherwise fine.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, and large bathroom.
Walls were thin, location directly opposite airport runway.

The hotel is located at the Austin airport within a cluster of hotels. Check-in staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The public spaces were neat and attractive. The room was well-designed for comfort and very clean. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. The mattresses were particularly comfortable. The downsides were the thin walls and runway noise, which were an issue only if you have noisy neighbors or want to sleep in. Free Wi-Fi. read more

Bed was comfortable.
Side door never worked.

It is amazing how the better the hotel, the less the included amenities. Only coffee is complimentary; breakfast is a hot buffet, but it's $9.95 for God's sake! Only the very rich and high-level company execs can spend $10 for bacon and eggs...if I put $10 on MY company expense report, I'd be called in and asked why I didn't find an Egg McMuffin somewhere. $4.99, sure, but not ten bucks! read more

The open center and the very large rooms.
Paid Parking, but I ended up not having to pay it.

Great stay. Super comfy beds. Very large rooms. Some frayed carpet and other things that other people might consider dated. Lobby and open center were very nice. There was a parking fee when I checked and I paid it. When I left the gait to the parking was still opened so I got them to take it off my bill.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent pool and workout area, super variety of free newspapers.
Nothing.

This is a very well run and comfortable hotel which we would highly recommend to anyone needing to be near the airport or in the South Austin area. We loved having a free Wall Street Journal and USA Today every day (lots available), and we used the workout facilities daily too, they were excellent. Without exception, the staff was superb.

The location allowed quick access to the highways we needed.
No fridge in the room. No breakfast provided, not even continental. Room service was so confusing that we didn't even use it.

If all you need is a place to sleep, and take a shower this hotel is great. Close to the airport, and highway access. Amenities at this hotel were limited as compared to comparable hotel brands.

The room layout and bathroom.
Hard to get to off the main street because there wasn't a convenient parking lot entrance. I took us 10 minutes just to find an entrance.

Good location in Austin. Not too far from downtown. It was clean, the guest room and bathroom were by far excellent.
