Courteous staff, good location, and nice rooms.
Air conditioner could have worked better.
Very courteous staff. Nice rooms and great location. Desk chair in room was broken. There was a staff member knocking at my door with a replacement within 20 minutes of letting them know. I was impressed with how quiet it was at night. I will be staying here when I visit Indianapolis again next year.
