Amenities are poor, small
TV with buzz, dripping noise.

This hotel did not live up to it's 3 star. The phone in our room didn't work, the TV was small and had a constant buzzing noise, there was an intermittent dripping noise all day and night, the alarm clock went off at 5 am, the cleaning staff came in our room while we weren't there even though we left a do not disturb sign on the door, we had to go to front desk for a blanket, which was thin and low quality - would not want to stay here again. read more

The mattress was wonderful!

We had an excellent time. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They ran us several maps and called in to two different places for us to have food delivered late at night.

The lobby and outside grounds were beautiful.
The price of the breakfast buffet was too high.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I would stay there again without hesitation. I would recommend it to others.

The location in Alpharetta, the cleanliness and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
The bed was situated so that the TV was to the side of the bed--hard to watch.

I would recommend this hotel; its location puts it right in the midst of many restaurants, shops, etc. The AC works well, unlike a lot of places, and it was well insulated (could not hear other rooms).
