The location was convenient to the mall.
The TV had less than 15 channels

This hotel was horrible. I have stayed in many Courtyard Marriott hotels and they are pretty top notch but not this one. I was placed in a room with a handicap equipped bathroom where the shower flooded. After 3 calls to get them to fix it, the first two brough extra towels to get the water up, they finally came to plunge it but that didn't work at all.

Clean, convenient, polite at desk was able to check in early.

Housekeeping has not returned my two phone call messages. My husband left the cell phone charger in the room and I wanted to make arrangements with Kimberly to retrieve it. I will be calling for my third time tomorrow.

I believe the AC had dust in it and was a problem with my allergies. Odor coming from it.

It is a nice hotel but not a 3.5 with paper cups in the room. They have wireless INS but my PC is not wireless therefore I was unable to use it in the room. Dust in the AC, perhaps bed spread and carpet were a real problem for me.

The location was great for our purpose of visit.
The sliding doors are old and needs upgrading.

Overall very pleased with the accommodations. The breakfast served was very good but did not realize we had to pay for it.

Could they provide a refrigerator or breakfast.

Very nice staff. Reception to pool personnel. Clean & centrally located! Would highly recommend.
