The room was nice and clean and everyone was very cordial. Great time, thank you.
The idiots that were high/drunk from one room talking loud late at night in the courtyard.

Overall, I had an excellent time at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleaning maid(s) did an excellent job. This stay ended up being much better than I expected.

I like this hotel because it is in close proximity to Mitsuwa Japan Market.
I thought the morning breakfast was free but only after eating did
I find out it was not.

Only stayed one night but had a pleasant stay. No noise from other rooms or hall which was surprising. Recommend to stay there anytime.

Very clean and attractive hotel. Parking close to room which made it easy in and out. Easy going, friendly, helpful staff.

Good location for a traveler visiting the Arlington Heights area. Close to other towns.

The room had an outside door.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night and it was adequate for our needs. I do not think it was a 3 star hotel. It was average.
