I loved the renovated rooms. beautiful! The furniture was very usable.
It is not in a location that is walkable to anywhere else. Busy street, etc

It was great overall. For the money it was fantastic.

Clean, conveniently located to major attractions and restaurants, and safe location.
We didn't like that we couldn't extend our stay by an extra day as they were booked.

This Courtyard by Marriott was the best hotel we have stayed in a very long time. It was very clean, conveniently located to major attractions: Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville; located near many restaurants with Carrabas located on just a few feet away, and helpful staff.

Walls are paper thin.

This is a poorly constructed hotel. The first night we where kept awake by snoring in the room next door. The second night where kept awake by the TV next door.

No complimentary breakfast.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated and are stylish, comfortable, and a welcome respite after a day or evening out. The hot tub and pool were indoor, warm, and clean. In fact, we had the entire area to ourselves for three nights in a row. Some have complained about the location, but, for our interests, it was the perfect location - just a mile or two from the downtown area and the Baltimore Estate. I highly recommend staying here. read more

Very clean rooms, everything worked/functioned, and staff very helpful, especially the tourist information.
Had no complaints.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the accommodations met all expectations. No problems whatsoever.
