Very clean and the location is great with the mall across the street and Carabba's next door.

This was a very clean hotel with friendly staff. It is conveniently located near a lot of shopping. Also, there is a Carabba's Italian restaurant located next door, and they have a to go service open until 11pm.

Convenient location, inexpensive.
No complimentary breakfast! Add $10 per person for breakfast.

The hotel was great, but I was expecting a complimentary breakfast of some sort. Most hotels of this type offer free breakfast, this one does not. That's OK, except you should add $10 per guest per day for breakfast expenses. That adds up and a different hotel might better suit your needs.

We ate breakfast in the AM, good, and close to a restaurant.
It was out of the way, hard to get back to from the concert.

The hotel was fine, clean, the bed conformable, I would have liked to use the pool or whirlpool but didn't want to walk through the hotel in bathing suit. The restaurant for breakfast was very convenient as was the coffee maker in the room.

We didn't like that we couldn't extend our stay by an extra day as they were booked.

This Courtyard by Marriott was the best hotel we have stayed in a very long time. It was very clean, conveniently located to major attractions: Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville; located near many restaurants with Carrabas located on just a few feet away, and helpful staff.

Very well-furnished and comfortable rooms.
No complimentary breakfast.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated and are stylish, comfortable, and a welcome respite after a day or evening out. The hot tub and pool were indoor, warm, and clean. In fact, we had the entire area to ourselves for three nights in a row. Some have complained about the location, but, for our interests, it was the perfect location - just a mile or two from the downtown area and the Baltimore Estate. I highly recommend staying here. read more
