the overall stay was disappointing. We got there early so couldn't check in but told us a room with two beds and a balcony would be "assigned" to us. When we returned 12 hours later, the room had not been assigned. The next day, after returning to our room, it had not been made up. Called down to get coffee & shampoo, but they didn't end up coming to the room. So I went to the front counter to ask. Overall, I would not want to stay there again. Loved the skyline view of Atlanta. Very convenient to Atlanta attractions.
Very friendly hotel. Arrived almost at midnight and I needed extra sheets and pillows for the pull-out sofa for my 2 children. The hotel staff had them to me within five minutes, and even offered to put them on for me. Computer / internet services very accessible to print out tickets to attractions. No parking fee either.

Most of the staff was friendly. There was one member that seemed to have and attitude.
The breakfast bar not stocked. We had to wait for items from the kitchen often.
Overall I would recommend the hotel. The location was convenient to many Atlanta attractions. We had a room with two queen beds and one of the beds was not at all comfortable.

The service recovery was very good and employees were helpful.
Location.
The employees are the biggest selling point. They were nice and helpful. If you are going by public transportation, it is not very convenient. I guess that is why they have a shuttle service.
