This is a very nice hotel. Room are comfortable, the beds are nice & decor attractive.

Trouble with our laptop and young night clerk was very helpful, Came to our room and helped us.
Tiles in bathroom were cracked and rusty, room was old and sheets were not clean.

Hotel needed updating and was not worth what we paid, did not include breakfast and with having to change the sheets and then not even getting anything off the room, it was not someplace I would stay or recommend to anyone.

This hotel has seen better days. The room AC is loud, and mine soaked the carpet to the middle of the room. The lobby and halls have been shredded to renovate.

How much they charge for a breakfast.

An overpriced hotel, I've stayed in 4 different hotels in Beckley and the Country Inn is the best, it includes a great hot breakfast and is nicer for a few buck less.

No attached restaurant.

We had a nice room. The staff was friendly and when we noticed that we left some pillows behind, they had already found them and put them aside for us.

The hotel was nice, and clean.
I did not like the front desk staff.

This hotel was nice. The attitude that this woman gave me was profound as she told me that all Marriott were now smoke free and I could smoke but I would have to pay $250 when I left. It was close to zero outside and I was forced to smoke on a balcony, so that I did not have to pay a fee. I was highly upset with my stay and the staff at this facility.

The hotel was non-smoking.

I would love to stay at the Courtyard. But with the Courtyard being 100% smoke free, and I being a smoker I will no longer stay at this hotel. I hated how I had to go down 3 flights of stairs, past the pool, and outside to smoke a cigarette. From now on I will make sure I get a smoking hotel.
