Great location. Great staff. Very accommondating.
Hotel needs to be updated. (Remodeling).

This hotel has great location. The front desk staff is very accmmondating, and very friendly, courteous and professional. The only thing needed here is some updating. New furnishings, carpeting, and flat screen TV's. Otherwise, you couldn't ask for a better stay.

We liked the location and price.
Did not have a mini fridge or microwave oven.

I was very happy with the location of the hotel, but it could have used a microwave and mini fridge in the room for leftovers. Also, I prefer when breakfast is included, like at Embassy Suites.

Facilities are up to date and modern.
Hot water was a problem. Staff should have address compensation issue more readily and not make customer ask. This hotel has a hot water issue.

Sunday morning breakfast was a disappointment. After giving us free breakfasts because of the lack of hot water, we couldn't be seated for breakfast for 30 to 45 minutes. I think many hotel residences were given free breakfasts and then a few servers didn't show for work. We left and had breakfast at another restaurant.

Good location, close to shopping, restaurants, close to highway.
Can improve on towels, rough, not big enough, and could have more toiletries to use.

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I am familiar w/the area so this is why I pick this hotel. Towels were rough and small, could use a nice bath towel and a few more than were provided, since there were four in the room. Bed and pillows were nice. Ice machine on floor was broken had to go to another floor for that item.
