Did not meet my expectations in terms of location I was looking for something closer to the beach.

The hotel was nice, but I have stayed at this hotel before for a lot less money, therefore, I was disappointed to find I got the same hotel again, may be they have a surplus of rooms and there is a reason.

Breakfast priced too high for selection 2 people 25.00 most hotels would have been free for what was available.

Local calls should be free, hotel was nice otherwise.

Easy to find - good parking.
Not on the beach - connecting room.

I was traveling with my sister and expected two beds in the room, got one. We were put in a connecting room (and didn't want one) when the hotel was not even close to full. I thought I was selecting a beach hotel and this one is at least a mile away (luckily we had a car). Being near Broadway on the Beach made it better.

Everything was adequate but I was disappointed in the quality -this was more like a 2 or 2.5 star Comfort Inn or Ramada or something.
