The desk staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful.
The pool area had hair and band aids around the pool.

I really enjoyed the hotel, great stay, and reasonable deal. I have had better on Priceline, but all the Cleveland Hotels were similarly priced, it was very clean except the pool had hair by it and a used band aid. More maintenance should be done to clean the area daily. The outdoor space by the pool was great too.

Excellent staff and excellent rooms.

Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful in recommending dining options and offering tourism help. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and we felt welcome and were treated exceptionally well.

Overall the hotel was clean and friendly. We did have very loud neighbors (teenagers) due to a basketball tournament, but this is not the hotels fault and we merely turned on the fan and drowned them out.
