Clean, Comfortable beds and pillows, good amenities.
Hot tub did not work.

Enjoyable experience. Clean, comfortable. Helpful personnel. Complementary coffee, great. Availability of snacks wonderful. Loved getting the morning paper. All over, very enjoyable.

The front desk Staff was superb. Courteous at check-in and through out my stay. The bed linen was beautiful, light weight, yet warm. Clean room.
I was not totally pleased with the location. Too far from family in Beach wood or Cleveland area.

I was disappointed with the Independence, Ohio location because I really wanted Beach wood, Ohio. However, upon checking in I was pleased with the courtesy shown, the cleanliness of the facility, the bed linen and good night's sleep uninterrupted.
