Clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet.
Staff was not as friendly as expected.
I found this hotel to be what one would expect of a 3-star hotel in a small town. This is, in addition to offering a degree of comfort, it is also clean, safe and quiet. I'd recommend this hotel for any family or business traveler looking for a comfortable night's sleep with no trouble and no drama.

Clean, comfortable beds, warm pool.
Excellent place to spend the night- clean, spacious, internet availability & nice desk, very comfortable beds. Not much in the way of dining/drinking options but that was not an issue with us. Pool was very warm, nice-looking, though small- warm pool is most important in my opinion. Nice hot tub!

It was conveniently located and was quite clean.
bed mattress could have been more comfortable.
The hotel is very conveniently located and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. It would have been nice if the hotel offered a free breakfast in the mornings.

The bed was comfortable.
The woman who checked us in was not very friendly, but the young man assisting her was EXCELLENT.
Had a two-queen bed room. Room was fine - bathroom is a bit dark, no fan or heat lamp. Bar area in lobby is not inviting at all - not intimate or pub-like, but just parked out there in the middle of everything and quite generic and plain. Would have liked to have had a mini-fridge. Was surprised by the expensive breakfast buffet. Would go again, but would try Holiday Inn first (in the center of Concord) to compare. read more

Nicer than Holiday Inn and only a couple of minutes farther.
No wireless in rooms, no breakfast included.
A step up from the Holiday Inn (even though the Holiday in is a very good bet), the Courtyard is a little more upto date and has better common facilities. The common areas are much nicer, though the rooms are not so different. Slightly less convenient but reasonable location. Nicest hotel I've been to in Concord.

Pool and spa were great, very clean.
It was hard to find, nothing around within walking distance.
The staff was very friendly, easy check-in. Room was bright and clean. Had internet connection, coffee pot, however, refrigerator would have been nice. We spent a great deal of time at the pool and spa. It was great because it was open until 11:00 pm. A lot of places we stay close pool much earlier. Overall experience was great; however, if you stay here, you definitely need a car. There is nothing around, except for factories. Would stay here again. read more
