Did not have the room we reserved.
The hotel did not have the room that we had reserved and payed for. They offered to put us in one of their other properties and the room was horrible. They also refused to refund any of the cost even though we moved to a much inferior hotel. The staff was completely uncooperative and kept telling us we would get a free breakfast (which we would get in either hotel). Then the hotel we ended up in, Fairfield Inn next door, had ants in the room. read more

Convenient to place I was going.
Elevators slow, towel rack feel off the wall and lights blinks in bathroom.
We enjoyed the hotel for the most part and found when we were leaving that they were under renovation and would be addressing all the problems we incurred. So next time I will call first to make sure the hotel is not under renovation before I make my reservations. Thanks Priceline.

Location next to a feature event. Medieval Times - Dallas.
No available coffee all the time. No continental breakfast; even a pathetic one.
I would go back and recommend this as a place to stay. It was in a good location, near EatZi's (fine food on a Sunday morning). The pool was good, with pool towels and an indoor hot tub.

The hotel staff was excellent. The bar was also great.
I ran out of hot water while taking my shower.
Overall, it was a great.
