They got me into my room at 7:00 am!
No (indoor) swimming pool and antiquated heating/cooling controls.
The Courtyard Marriott has a friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent amenities. Free internet, free printing, and other add-ons take the stress off of tighter budgets.

The room was clean.
Need bigger beds, and bigger bathroom. Double beds are not big enough anymore.
No swimming pool. For the five star, I was surprised there wasn't a pool. And no continental breakfast.

Awesome location!
Our room faced inward and felt dark and closed in. Also $20 valet parking is convenient but overpriced.
Great hotel and surrounding area. Right on the 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver. Walk out the door and walk down the streets filled with shops and restaurants. Make sure you ask for an exterior room as some rooms face inward and feel dark and closed off. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again!

This hotel was very clean and attractive.
There was no parking around the hotel. They charged us $22.00 per night to park because all they offer is valet.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The view from our window was to the inside of the building. But if you just need a place to sleep it was fine.

Location on 16th st. Mall.
Room was in bad spot, looked out onto alley and fire escape-spooky.
We were charged $22 per day for valet parking! Wasn't told there was a cost. let alone such a high price! We never used the car once we got there and they charged us $44 (plus tips) for 2 days of parking!! Also, room looked out to alley and fire escape of building across from us. Very spooky! We asked for a different room and was not accommodated. Hotel staff not very friendly. We would not choose to stay at this hotel again. read more
