Quiet, close to venue we attended.
No continental breakfast.
When coming to this hotel, be sure to know the directions, you need to get on the lane that says BOSTON turning right (east) on arapahoe. Once you arrive at this hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is shopping, restaurants, light-rail nearby. The pool and hot tub will add enjoyment to your stay.

I had a nice view of the city. Was quiet even with freeway nearby.
Cable did not have many channels. The bed was a little hard.
There is no complimentary breakfast. You have to pay to eat there in the morning. I did not eat there because it was a little expensive for what appeared to be a continental breakfast.

Good location.
Poor attitude at the front desk when asked for directions.
They did not tell me when I called to confirm reservations that they were paving streets on 2 sides of the hotel and to use alternate route.

The swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden courtyard.
Dirty bathroom in first room moved to, another dirty bathroom in the second room moved to.
The location was within walking distance to a music venue, so convenient in that regard. However, was in a very poor location for walking-distance restaurants. I had to be moved from the first room I was offered due to hair on the bathroom floor, an unclean sink, and a pillowcase that looked like it had not been changed. Staff was extremely friendly, apologetic and accommodating, however, the second room also had hair and a half empty shampoo bottle on the bathroom floor, as well as dried blood spots on the bathroom floor and wall. As the hotel was at capacity, I did not ask to be moved again. However, management compensated me with two complimentary breakfasts. read more

Convenient commodities, little fridge, and pretty comfy bed surprisingly. The outside gazebo layout was awesome.
The sink was outside the bathroom which made for less room.
It was really nice, the staff was generally friendly. The outside gazebo area was very relaxing. There's even a porch included with the room, but our screen was broke. The room wasn't all too big but it's not too small at all, except for the fact the sink is outside the bathroom. The beds are comfy and the hotel seemed to really care about recycling which was nice. The TV didn't have many options for channels unless you paid for a movie, etc.. read more
