Close to shopping.
Need a clip or tieback for curtain by air conditioner as air goes up curtain and not in room so you need to increase temp and waste energy.

Bathroom in assessable room was big enough, handlebars in place,elevators assessable.

The Courtyard Marriott in Novi is a great place to stay. In fact, after my family started our stay, I recommended it to my brother and sister, who also stayed there. We were all pleased.

Location and 3 star accommadations.
No refrigerator or Microwave in the room.

Unlike their competition (Hampton, Double Tree, etc.) This 3 star facility DID NOT provide a complementary breakfast. Otherwise, the facility itself met our expectations of a comparable 3 star hotel.

The staff and the quality of the hotel.

The staff at the desk was rude, she actually had friends hanging out at the lobby the whole entire day and evening. And they actually ordered in pizza and took over the entire lobby and was playing video games in the lobby TV, where no one could even sit or use the lobby.

Narrow list of snack options.

Friendly, professional staff are to be found at this Courtyard. The room was clean and everything you expect as a traveler was available. Convenient to restaurants and shopping in Novi. Location is right off of I-96 and near I-275. I look forward to returning to this hotel when I am in the Detroit area next.
