The common areas were very nice and pretty.
Room was dirty,as in needed to be scrubed. at least the sheets were clean...I think.

This is the first hotel we have booked where my wife didn't feel safe. The door handle/lock was loose and felt like one good pull and it would come out. In it's day this was a special hotel, I'm sure...not now.

It was so convenient because we went to the sewing Expo at the Rock Financial Center. Lots of good restaurants in the area.
The pool could have been a little bigger and definitely a little warmer.

Walking distance to a number of great eateries and pubs. Close drive to events and the mall. Close to Detroit, but out of the city. Nice beds.

Rooms were good sized and clean.
In their morning food court.

Front desk staff were friendly, rooms were very clean and good sized. I however can't think of a time I've ever had poorer service,cleanliness, and stocking issues as I saw in their morning breakfast area. I wrote a letter to management to make them aware since I felt all other services were very well managed.

The friendliest hotel staff I have encountered in a LONG time!!

Room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were.
