Location, friendly staff, and nice lobby.
Pool was too cold, room could use updated furniture and new televisions.

Overall, it was fair. Had I not got such an awesome deal on the room through Priceline I wouldn't have stayed at this location.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Great location. Clean pool.
No DVD players in the room. But the staff did let us use the flatscreen in the lobby for our kids 'nighttime movie'.

Just charming. Great service. internet and printer accessible to all guests. (Used it to print out my Borders coupons!) Great location, A+ cleanliness, friendly staff and there was even a pond outside for my son's remote control boat. (And we saved a stranded baby snapping turtle while driving his boat!)

The staff and the quality of the hotel.

The staff at the desk was rude, she actually had friends hanging out at the lobby the whole entire day and evening. And they actually ordered in pizza and took over the entire lobby and was playing video games in the lobby TV, where no one could even sit or use the lobby.

Staff was helpful in choosing a family friendly restaurant that was reasonably priced.
The pool was kind of small.

We were well pleased with this hotel. It is close to everything and well maintained. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We requested a cot and a refrigerator and were granted both at no extra charge. The hotel was quiet, clean, and equipped with hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, etc. We would stay there again without hesitation.

The front desk was very helpful, they even called room after I checked in to see if everything was ok.
Breakfast was too expensive, we are used to complimentary buffet or continental breakfast.

The hotel was nice and friendly, but the hot tub was a little small It only accommodated 4 people. We are also used to free breakfast but this was expensive.

The rooms were huge, the pool was very nice. Not loud and chaotic (despite soccer tournament there).
The key entry to the pool was broken so you couldn't' get in unless someone inside the pool came up to let you in. Room temperature inconsistent, loud blower.

This hotel was much nicer than I would have hoped for, and much nicer than the neighboring Doubletree which we visited friends in. Our room was right next to the elevator, which I thought would be problematic and it wasn't. I didn't hear anyone coming or going all night, and our room was very quiet. We had plenty of towels, our room was very clean. The desk staff was courteous and helpful. Great location off highway and there were a million things to do within a mile of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. read more
