My only complaint is that there is another Marriott (not a Courtyard) less than three blocks away on the same street. It is difficult to realize that you are at the wrong Marriott until you have already parked unless you read the signs closely. Other than that it was a very positive experience.

Location.
Hotel employees hard to understand.
This was 1st visit to Inner Harbor. Location was great. It was nice to park car and be able to walk everywhere. Hotel was very clean. Staff was hard to understand, but very nice. Would recommend hotel to others and use again.

My son was very impressed with the breakfast buffet.
Attitude of the staff, with the exception of one helpful person.
This hotel was not where I expected it to be, although it was still within walking distance to Cambden Yards if you have time and no physical issues. The room was nice, although the toilet ran and the ice machine was broken on our floor. The pool facilities were acceptable, but the lifeguard spent the entire time on his phone or reading a book. Their attitudes made my 11 year old son feel like he had to apologize to me for spending the money on what was a special treat for him, which made me very unhappy. On the positive side, they do have a nice breakfast buffet, although the service(?)was very slow and seemed unnecessary to me (everything you needed was out there, all they did was bring drinks to the table and the bill after being asked twice). The front desk clerk who helped me locate a pharmacy nearby and the woman who gave us our bags back after holding them for the day were nice and helpful, but overall, I'd think twice about staying there again. read more

Front desk staff were very helpful.
Vanity counter was too small.
We were traveling with another couple and the hotel made sure our rooms were on the same floor. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast with the made to order eggs and omelettes was delicious.

Friendly staff at counter, great location.
Whirlpool jets out of service, some air conditioning set too cold.
Very nice pleasant stay, counter staff was great with kids, our son loved the pool (9 year old).

The lobby was very attractive, and the staff was friendly, though some not helpful.
The linen did not seem fresh and clean, and they were very understaffed.
The stay was adequate to good. However, we were not able to get on the free internet, and we had to ask for fresh pillowcases because the ones on our bed did not appear to be fresh or clean. Some of the staff was not able to help us with the problems, and we had to wait until better trained staff came on duty before the problems were rectified. Had it not been for her actions we might have asked for a different room, or even have gone to another hotel. Once she stepped in, we were happy. We also went to the bar for a cocktail, and left after 15 or 20 minutes because there was no one to tend bar. The desk made a call, but no one came. They are, as I said before, very understaffed. It is unfortunate that they are so understaffed, for the hotel has great potential due to its location and advertised amenities. read more

The location to the Inner Harbor, Fells Point and Little Italy was perfect. We walked everywhere and easy access to water taxi.
Parking was expensive and $ 22 dollars a day.

Great location.
Whirlpool was broken.
Room was clean and a good size, pool was okay but whirlpool was broken, daily parking is $22 which is steep but seems to be the going rate in the city, parking is right next door and elevator takes you right to lobby.
