Attractive and close to my conference. Room was very large and well appointed.
Map provided was very confusing and it took me an extra hour when it was all done. Mattress was too firm.

Very attractive and spacious. Convenient to City and to surrounding areas. Lots of parking and well lite. Room was comfortable but the mattress was too firm. Staff was helpful.

There was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in our room.

This was, overall, a nice choice. The room was clean, and the hotel itself seemed well-maintained. The staff upon check-in was very friendly. There was, however, no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in our room, so my fiancée called down to the front desk about this, and they said they would bring some right up. This never happened. Besides that, the stay was nice. The hotel is in a good location. We would return. read more

The proximity to the shopping at Bay Station.
Staff didn't go out of it's way to make you comfortable.

Get something to eat before the town rolls up after 9 pm. The 24 hour Denny's down the street was even closed!

Staff was quick to correct problem with vending machine.
Problem with the parking barriers and access card did not work.

Loved the hotel and would be happy to go there again if the opportunity arose.

Clean, stylish, conveniently located, view of bay, free parking.

Great hotel - new and stylish and located across from nice shopping area. My room overlooked the freeway (but no noise and easy access) - but this also provided a view of the bay which was lovely at night.

Excellent staff; great location with good freeway access to San Francisco and Berekely. Would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
Commercial neighborhood; not a great place to walk around or go jogging.

Loved the look of the room and the view of the bay.
No gift shop.

I really liked the room. The bed was okay... looked like the beginning line of Sealy (i used to sell mattresses). I loved the view of the bay. The staff could have been a little friendlier.
