The lobby area is wonderful, love the new concept.
The mattress was not comfortable.
The room was very nicely decorated and the new decor is wonderful however, my only complaint was the mattress which I felt needed to be replaced, it was uncomfortable.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. It was conveniently located and had nice, clean rooms. The hotel staff was very accommodating, allowing us (and other family members that had a separate room) to check in at 11am. They also provided a very new and clean pack-n-play for our daughter free of charge. The room was well cleaned for all three of the nights we were there. The lobby was a very nice area as well. Plus, there was a grocery store just next to the hotel, so it was easy to go there to get necessities during our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. read more

Great front staff and well maintained.

I checked in late and the woman acted as if she knew who I was! I had a great 1st floor room with easy parking availability to my room. Clean, fresh and very quiet. Check out was a snap, only down fall was limited hours at the pool.

Room dirty on check in.
The check in was very smooth. When we got to our room, the door was ajar. One bed had been slept in. There was used soap in the soap dish and a used towel. There was garbage in the can and there was a used glass.

Loved the computer area for hotel guests and outdoor couches.
The Jacuzzi was not working that day.
Loved the hotel. It was convenient to I-66 and located next to stores. The room was nice with mini fridge. Nice clean spacious bathroom, granite countertops. The common area of the hotel is nice w/ free internet/computer use, digital flat touch screen map, starbucks, and casual restaurant w/ great food. Outdoor lounge area w/ couches & fire pit. Indoor pool. Nice hotel staff.

Dark rooms, sheets looked dirty.
Great public spaces - warm colors, common area had great flat screen TVs, food service, business center. Rooms were darker, normal TVs, and the bed linens looked wrinkled and unkempt. Bathroom was ok.
