This was a great hotel and I would recommend it over the Holiday Inn for sure.

It was in walking distance of the wedding and fisherman's wharf.
The lobby was being remodeled and the check-in was difficult parking.

The room was nice, comfortable, and the bed offered a good night's sleep. The parking was expensive and cost more through the motel then if we had paid the garage itself. It ended up costing us $34 a day plus tax the garage would have charged $32 for 24 - hour. The only positive through the motel was that we could come and go and not have to pay each time so that was a definite plus. We ended up walking every where which was really nice and so the location was perfect. read more

It was close to the wharf like we wanted.
They were going through a remodel.

We had no hot water the 1st day there, Problem with the plumbing. Also hotel was going through a remodel so could not use lobby at all.

The didn't have room service so when we were thirsty late at night it was to bad for us.

Lobby renovation and no fitness room available.

Bed linens and bathrooms were top notch. Not problem with internet hookup. Was not prepared for the lobby to be such a mess, and was expecting a fitness room, when there was none.

Great room, and a great location.
Common areas were undergoing remodeling & were inaccessible.

Great hotel, location, & reasonable price. Very helpful staff. The lobby and all common areas were undergoing major remodeling so that portion of the hotel was pretty much inaccessible. The lobby was the doorway entrance with a 7-11 size check stand, but I wouldn't hold that against them. It was great for the vacation, but wouldn't work for business right now.

All redone and under construction, but was very nice.
View out the window was of a parking lot.

Under construction, which starts at 8:30 am. So don't plan on sleeping in.
