Front desk staff outstanding. Wrote thx note 4 my stay and business; unprecedented in 30 yrs travel. Impressive!
I liked everything about this hotel.

A moderate/upper moderate hotel near the CVG/ N KY airport. Very nice, clean, comfortable and well-appointed room; free internet which is a must for business travellers; tasty breakfast buffet restaurant; the friendly and responsive staff is what really makes this hotel shine!

Great personnel, nice room, convenient.

Ms Smith and other personnel were very friendly, the room was spacious, the location was close to I75.

Nice breakfast and price.
Pool too cold and hot tub is closed; noisy freeway and aircondioner.

Overall, we had a nice stay. But the indoor pool is way too cold for little children to play. Hot tub is broken and looks very dirty inside which scared the little children. Room facing freeway is too noisy. The air conditioner is quite noisy too. Breakfast buffet is very nice with reasonable price. Omelet is cooked very well. Staff are very friendly.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was comfortable, beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazingly friendly. The room was spotless.
The location seems somewhat isolated, although there were businesses a mile or so away.

I really enjoyed my stay here. They made me feel well cared for and appreciated as a customer.

Plenty of room, easy chair.
Far too close to the interstate, traffic very noisy, no tissues, no shampoo, no complimentary breakfast.

This hotel is Marriot on the cheap. Ok for business travelers watching their pennies.
