Friendly Check-In.
Dirty, worn, musty and odorous.

After walking on carpets, my feet left a black imprint on the white towel. Hotel has a serious humidity problem - has placed DE-humidifiers in closets, but these help only slightly. Fixtures are worn and tired and nothing closed and locked like it should have.

Hotel manager was friendly and very helpful.
It was a little hard to get to.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was a big hit with our kids. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions.

Extremely difficult to find. I wanted to be closer to airport.
Breakfast hours were not convenient to my 9:20 a.m. flight. breakfast hours were later on the weekends. coffee in lobby was old and terrible.

I didn't like this location. very confusing directions to get to airport given by staff, no coffee, juice or anything for early check out for a hotel catering to airport clients this is a bad location. With late breakfast service on the weekends, would not recommend.

Very nice hotel that is convenient to the interstate, restaurants, and to Cincinnati.
