The hotel was very neat and clean and staff was very friendly.

Everything was very nice, the shower was great and the beds were wonderful. We had no complaints. It was very quiet.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
The hot tube did not work. The water temperature was fine, however the jets did not function.

The hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The staff made us feel like VIPs, going the extra mile just to make us enjoy our stay. The overall facilities were nice, the outdoor gazebo was attractive with all the flowers growing there. We did enjoy our time at this hotel.

The front desk clerk was friendly. The room was not as reserved. Contacted clerk and she stated that they had no suites available but would leave a note for the second nights stay. Never received any answer on this issue. The TV did not have a remote. Didn't receive a remote until I reminded them of that fact the next day.

True to its word, it had a courtyard. Pool room was so steamy that swimming would have been uncomfortable.

Staff at check-in was snotty.

The Courtyard in Ft. Collins is fairly standard for the chain, but it is not that well run. The clerk was snotty and difficult at check-in when we asked for a different room because they wanted to put us next to the (very noisy) elevator. My wife tried to use the pool three times and each time it was closed because they were emptying, or refilling, or whatever.
